FAQ

  • Yes we do.  Although hosting is optional, it gives you the benefit of allowing us to make changes to your website at no additional charge.

    There is a 5 change/month limit for all changes under our hosting.

  • A change to any service under our hosting includes adding/editing/removing media (such as pictures and videos) and content (text).  

    Changes also include link adjustments and colors.  You can also add/remove pages as well. 

    Changes do not include global parameters such as changing a site to Flash, for example.

  • Any additional changes would obviously incur a small fee/change.  We do apologize for this but in the past we have had clients that abused the change policy and requested numerous changes within a one month timeframe.  By incurring a small fee/change, we are able to take better care of our clients as well as keep things streamlined for the benefit of our clients.

  • Yes you can.  Our clients are not obligated or committed to keeping their service hosted with us.  

    If you would like for your services to be moved to your own hosting, you have two options:

    1) We can move it to your hosting for you for a transfer fee. The fee is as follows:

          $250 for responsive websites 

          $300 for web apps

          $150 for mobile websites/My Mobi QuikSite

    2) We can package your website and send it to you and you can move it to your host yourself.  There is no fee to package a website to send to you.  However, after we package the website or web app to send to you, you are responsible for uploading your site to your hosting and ensuring everything works correctly.

    That is why as an initial requirement you are asked whether you would like your service to be hosted by us or if you have your own hosting.  

  • Absolutely!!  If you currently have your own hosting and you would like to move your service to our hosting, there is no transfer fee for moving the service to our hosting.  However, you will have to pay the initial monthly hosting fee before we can move the service to our hosting.

  • As much as we apologize for the stagnation of business your organization is receiving, we do not market your service (web app/website) for you unless you enrolled in one of our marketing services.  You are responsible for your own marketing efforts once you have your new web app or website up and running.

    We will be offering marketing solutions (such as SEO) in the near future to help you with marketing your new website, native app, or web app online.

  • Yes you do.  All files, folders, scripts, etc. when it relates to a mobile website, web app, or responsive website are yours to keep.  

    As far as Native Apps go, yes you own the app even if you cancel; however, you will not be able to make changes to your native app.  Your app will still be available in the App Stores for people to download.

    Also if you cancel you will have to open your own developer account with Apple and Google.  Apple charges $99/year and Google charges $29/lifetime as of this writing.  

  • Yes.  Once we develop the native app for you and you approve it, we can publish it to the App Stores under your developer account if you like.

  • Good question.  All of the changes are on a case by case basis.  However, the fees for things like media and content in general are listed on that particular service's page under Extras.

    Most of the services come with a backoffice where you can make changes yourself without the need to contact us; however, we are here if you need us.

     

  • Yes we do.  If you cannot pay for the entire service up front we will work with you.  Here are some of the options available to you:

    1) 50% due upfront. 50% due upon completion.  

    2) 25% due upfront and remaining due over 12 months.  The contingencies are as follows:

    1. Hosting is required on all services under the financing option.
    2. No service can be transferred or moved to a new server until the financial obligation has been satisfied.
    3. Defaulted or non payment on installment plans will result in cancellation of services; however, you can reinstate your service at any time.
    4. The Digital Scratch Card Service DOES NOT QUALIFY for financing.

    Please be mindful that the second option carries firm contingencies that are strictly enforced but we do not check credit or charge interest on payments.  We go strictly by your word.  By all means think long and hard about the payment option that you would like to do.  We are here to help you any way we can because we value your business.

  • Yes, we offer a 14 day, 100%, no questions asked money back guarantee.

    All refund requests after 14 days will be honored at 25% of the amount paid for the service.
